Single, double, triple and quad occupancy are related to how many people are sharing a room. For example if there are 2 people traveling and they want to stay in the same room, they would select a “double” package price for 2 people. The total for both people traveling would then appear in the shopping cart.

You will receive an Order Request email acknowledging receipt of your request to place an order for the ticket package you have selected. This will be followed up with an Order Confirmation email.
An Order Request is simply the request you place for a specific package you’ve found listed on our site. When you receive your Order Request email, we are acknowledging receipt of your request, but are still in the process of verifying that the specific package is still available. An Order Confirmation email means that the package has been confirmed.
If you purchase tickets from an available selection of two or more tickets, your seats will be together unless otherwise stated in the notes section. Any seat sold as a quantity of one will be by itself.
The ticket price is simply the cost of the tickets only when originally created by the event producer. Ticketmaster handles all TICKET ONLY sales. Everything on Ticketmaster VIP is a package. You are not just buying tickets; you are buying an elite experience! Most packages are going to include: Premium High Demand Inventory, Hospitality, Travel, Souvenirs and more!
No. The login you use for ticketmaster.com is not the same login for ticketmastervip.com. If you would like to make a purchase on ticketmastervip.com you will need to create a new login here, that is separate from your ticketmaster.com account.
Packages will be shipped as soon as they have been printed and received by us. In most cases, we receive and ship tickets 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Occasionally, some event tickets may not be shipped until the week of the event. There is no exact date and time tickets will be delivered other than that it will be prior to the event date. If you need the expected shipping date for your specific event, please give us a call and we can provide that information. Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent via email containing a FedEx tracking number.
You will also be emailed an itinerary (when applicable) one week prior to your event.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time.
No, we only sell packages. However, most of our packages include premium inventory!
