Who You Are Buying From
Ticketmaster VIP is operated by PrimeSport, Inc. as the exclusive provider of the ticket packages offered on this site. If you purchase a ticket package via Ticketmaster VIP, your credit card will be billed by PrimeSport. Ticket packages obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.
All ticket prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Pricing and Availability
The sale price of the ticket package reflects the package elements, the sponsorships and partnerships required to get access to the package elements and the difficulty in obtaining the package elements. As a result, please be aware that ticket package prices listed may be substantially higher than the original face value price that is printed on the ticket.
All orders are subject to ticket package availability and are not confirmed or accepted until we have collected and accepted payment from you and issued an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if ticket packages are no longer available when you placed the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it is your responsibility to confirm with us whether or not your order has been processed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Please remember that once you have placed your order, all sales are final and there are no refunds, cancelations, or exchanges for any reason.
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
Ticket packages purchased are typically subject to a per ticket package charge, a non-refundable per order processing fee and delivery fees.
Number of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
Ticket package limits vary depending on the type of event or the anticipated demand. Check the event information area of the purchase page for more information on ticket package limits for your event. Please adhere to published ticket package limits. If we determine that a ticket package limit has been exceeded, we may cancel an order, or part of an order, without notice, or cancel a ticket package that has already been delivered, rendering it null and void without notice.
Ticket packages for some events are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. "Category Orders" involve ticket packages that are purchased for a particular event and are not physically in stock yet. Therefore, we do not know the exact seat locations and will offer these Category Order ticket packages for general seating locations only. All quantities are guaranteed in pairs unless otherwise noted. Ticket packages will be delivered as soon as possible after we receive them from our providers. Although all ticket packages will be delivered prior to the event, there is no guarantee as to the date and time ticket packages will be delivered. In some cases deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. Please refer to individual event pages or give us a call for more information.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of nature (e.g. rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the ticket package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please call our office for detailed instructions on how to obtain a refund. Ticket packages for these events must be returned to us via an express mail service or other traceable method in order to obtain a refund. Please keep a record of the return tracking number. We will not reimburse or credit you for the cost of returning your ticket package to us.
Postponement or cancellation of events due to weather conditions is beyond our control and we will not issue any refund or exchange for such events. All ticket packages for events purchased should be considered as "rain or shine" final purchases.
If an event is canceled, we will not refund incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your plans to attend the event including, but not limited to, transportation expenses, hotel reservations, or rental car costs. We are not responsible for the actions of any event organizer when an event is canceled. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please retain your ticket package. In most cases, the original purchased ticket package will be honored for the new event date and new ticket packages will not need to be reissued. Refunds or exchanges will not be made for postponed or rescheduled events. It is your responsibility to verify information regarding rescheduled event dates and times prior to attending. We will not be responsible for incidental expenses related to a rescheduled event.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing ticket packages, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. In the event that you were not able to gain admission to the event with the tickets we delivered, you must obtain documentation from the venue stating that the tickets were unusable in order for us to be able to process a refund. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the ticket package.
You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to ticket packages you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange when we are prohibited from providing one by our clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase ticket packages from us. Should you do so, your ticket packages may be cancelled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket package purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the site.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing information for a ticket package order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your ticket packages to another customer without further notice.
Upon checkout, it is your responsibility to verify and validate the accuracy of your order, including event date, venue, seat locations, quantity, credit card information, phone number, email address, billing address, and shipping address. You will be responsible for receiving and reading all email correspondence from us, and for complying with any specific instructions associated with your order. We are not responsible for emails filtered to your spam or junk mail folders.
We may request additional documents from you to complete the order process. If such documents are not returned within the specified time and manner, or are incomplete, your order will be subject to cancellation and you will be refunded in full.
Delivery of Ticket Packages
Unless you have already made special arrangements with a phone representative regarding your order, all orders are shipped via UPS. All deliveries require a signature and cannot be delivered to a post office box. We ask UPS to require a signature to ensure that your ticket packages arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time. It is your responsibility to track your ticket package and to be available to accept the ticket package at the delivery location, or to authorize someone at that location to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the ticket package. We will not be responsible for ticket packages once they leave our facilities and are shipped to the address you provided to us. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses you provide to us, for delays in delivery caused by you or for a ticket package being returned to us because you were not available to sign for the ticket package at time of delivery. The refusal of a ticket package does not constitute a refusal of payment. You will be responsible for payment of your ticket packages where an attempt has been made to deliver them or otherwise make them available to you.
We try to deliver ticket packages at least two weeks before the event, depending on when you ordered them. In some cases, ticket packages may be delivered the week of the event or made available for pickup. In rare cases, ticket packages may not be available until as late as the day of the event. Unless otherwise specified by us, if you have not received your ticket package within 2-3 days before the event, it is your responsibility to contact us.
Occasionally, ticket packages will only be available for pickup, and we will notify you via email or phone. A photo ID matching the pickup name provided is required for all local pickups. In some cases, a signature may also be required. We will not be responsible for any ticket packages you fail to pick up from the location specified. Please contact us if your ticket packages are not at the designated pickup location.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket package is incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket package before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket package that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that ticket package (or the order for that ticket package) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other system operated by us.
Multiple Browser Windows
When ordering tickets online with us, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.
Limitation of Liability
Balls, pucks, and other objects may fly into the spectator area during an event. Despite spectator shielding, injury can occur. Stay alert at all times before, during and after play or performance. If struck, immediately ask an usher for directions to a medical station. You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Ticketmaster, PrimeSport, management, facility, league, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather. Event date and time are subject to change.
Some venues and events enforce age restrictions (e.g., 21 and over). It is your responsibility to determine such restrictions prior to purchase, and we will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on any type of restriction. We will not be responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions.
We are not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel related expenses under any circumstances. We are also not responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason.
License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value
Event providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with event provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Ticketmaster and the event provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers.
Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. In addition, we reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket package purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of this policy. Because we do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third party reseller (such as brokers or individuals), we recommend that you purchase ticket packages directly through us. Ticket packages may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by us, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of Ticketmaster's or PrimeSport’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our consent.
PrimeSport is acting only as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by PrimeSport such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, event tickets and cruises. Ticketmaster is providing marketing services only, and is not otherwise affiliated with PrimeSport or its suppliers in providing these services. Neither PrimeSport nor Ticketmaster shall be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Neither PrimeSport nor Ticketmaster shall be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers or booking after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.
By engaging PrimeSport and making deposit and/ or full payment for the ticket package arrangement specified, you acknowledge the position of PrimeSport and Ticketmaster as stipulated by the foregoing and agree to hold PrimeSport blameless in making the arrangements on your behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agree that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. In no event shall you hold Ticketmaster liable for any claims, demands or damages related in any way to your use of this service. You also agree to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to changes without notice. Tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.
TICKETMASTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALSO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TICKETMASTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, AND PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TICKETMASTER MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF ANY SPECIFIC RESULT FROM USE OF THIS SITE OR USE OF THIS SERVICE.
TICKETMASTER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF PRIMESPORT, SERVICE SUPPLIERS AND ANY THIRD PARTY USERS, TICKETMASTER USERS, ADVERTISERS AND/OR SPONSORS ON THE SITE, IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SERVICE OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE PRIMESPORT SERVICE. TICKETMASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS OR FAILURE TO ACT OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER, HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER, VENUE, PERFORMER, PROMOTER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OR REFERENCED ON THE SITE.
